HIDDEN PROTEIN DIDN'T START IN A LAB. It started with a household of picky eaters, a protein goal that felt impossible without boring food, and a blender left running for 90 seconds on a Tuesday evening. That first batch of cottage cheese pasta sauce — served silently, eaten completely, never questioned — was the beginning. That bowl had 28 grams of protein per serving. The original had 8. Over the following year, every recipe had one non-negotiable rule: if anyone can tell, it doesn't count. The ones that passed became this series. WHAT WE BELIEVE: Food doesn't have to be a compromise. You don't have to choose between the meals you love and the body you're building. The gap between those two things is smaller than you've been told — and a blender closes most of it. The protein was there the whole time.
