All products sold by Hidden Protein are digital downloads delivered electronically. Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned in the traditional sense, our refund policy is specific to the nature of digital goods. By completing a purchase on this website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

NO GENERAL REFUNDS ON DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Due to the instant and permanent nature of digital delivery, we do not offer refunds on the basis of change of mind, accidental purchase of the wrong volume, or failure to read the product description prior to purchase.
Once a digital file has been delivered to your email address and made available for download, the transaction is considered complete.
We strongly encourage all customers to review the full product descriptions, the series overview, and the FAQ page at hiddenprotein.co before completing a purchase.

OUR 30-DAY TASTE GUARANTEE
We stand behind the blending technique at the center of this series completely. If you follow the instructions provided in Series 1 — Mise' (or the technique instructions included with your purchased volume) and your household can detect the taste of cottage cheese or Greek yogurt in any recipe, we will refund your purchase in full.
To be eligible for a refund under this guarantee, the following conditions must be met:
1. The blending technique must have been followed as instructed — specifically, the cottage cheese must have been blended completely smooth for a minimum of 60 to 90 seconds until no visible curds remain.
2. The refund request must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
3. The request must include a brief description of the recipe attempted and the specific issue experienced.
To submit a request, email us at hello@hiddenprotein.co with the subject line: Taste Guarantee Refund Request. Include your order number, the recipe you made, and a short description of what you experienced. We will respond within 2 business days.

TECHNICAL DELIVERY ISSUES
If you did not receive your download link, if your download link has expired, or if you are experiencing a technical issue accessing your files, please contact us at hello@hiddenprotein.co before submitting a refund request. We will resolve delivery issues promptly and at no additional cost to you. Technical delivery issues do not require a refund — we will simply resend your files.

DUPLICATE PURCHASES
If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, contact us at hello@hiddenprotein.co within 7 days of the duplicate transaction with your order numbers and we will issue a refund for the duplicate charge.

BUNDLE PURCHASES
If you purchase the Complete Bundle and subsequently purchase an individual volume you already own as part of the bundle, please contact us and we will issue a credit or refund for the duplicate volume.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED
The following are not eligible for a refund under any circumstance:
· Change of mind after the download link has been accessed
· Dissatisfaction with the format, length, or style of the content
· Purchase of the wrong volume without contacting us within 24 hours of purchase
· Refund requests submitted more than 30 days after the purchase date
· Cases where the technique instructions were not followed prior to submitting a taste complaint
